By accessing or using Noma, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Noma. If you use Noma on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Some parts of Noma may require joining a waitlist or creating an account as we roll out access. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to use Noma to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
• Use the service in ways that infringe the rights of others.

Noma, including our name, branding, design, software, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership rights in Noma.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also update or discontinue portions of the service as we improve reliability, safety, and product direction.

Noma is an evolving early-stage product. Features may be experimental, may change without notice, and may not always perform as expected.

To the extent permitted by law, Noma is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noma and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for use of the service during the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noma and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to Noma if we believe you have violated these terms or used the service in a way that could harm users, Noma, or third parties.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material updates, we will post the updated terms and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Noma after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Noma regarding use of the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
